Western courtyard is a independent house built up in 1996. It was our family house and remolded and added better facilities in 2020 for the aim of family travelers and tourists. Providing 100% of their privacy and freedom for enjoying their valuable time in their life. The house is situated in the bottom of the mountain part of western ghat, also a residential area at Adimaly only 30km to Munnar The House surrounded by many kind of plants and trees such as Cardamom, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Coconut, Jack Fruit, Mango, Pot Tamarind, Ginger, Turmeric and more. Guest can experience these all plants without any restriction or any fee. The property is covered a boundary wall, onsite parking, car washing facilities and electrical charging points. Unlimited Wifi Its 100% safe for kids and aged parents. Yes it’s a traditional middle class family house roofing with clay tiles and false ceiling with wooden planks, its gives you a cool atmosphere, walls built up with hard stone covered with sand and cement its also control the room temperature. Also the same method used in floor. We used a floor mat for decor the inside. The house having two bedroom with attached bathrooms. Area of the master bedroom is 160 sq.ft. and other one is 110 sq.ft. both bedrooms having queen size bed, baggage storage charging points and dressing area. Total area for Living & Dining is 190 sq. ft. where you can enjoy the favorite shows in 32in smart tv and four seated wooden dining table, two seated sofa and two chairs Kitchen and washing also attached in the house. You can make your favorite dishes. All the kitchen accessories kept in the shelf’s, such as Chapathy maker, pressure cooker, thava etc. Kitchen having Fidge, Fully automatic Washing Machine, Gas Stove, Wash Basin etc. The house having a wide area of varantha for relaxing and enjoy the stay. The host is staying near by house for gust assistance and take care of them round the clock We understand that its not a 5 star rated hotel but we believe it’s a home that any family can enjoy, relax and refresh their mind with freedom.
